My Paragon status was not activated after I had reached a new Paragon level

If the Paragon Status is active when you reach the new level of it, you simply receive a 1-Day Paragon Activator. It can be found at the Black Market > "Misc." section > "Paragon" tab. The Activator is not automatically used and can be applied at your convenience.
