The maximum number of Galleys is 50, but it is possible to increase their carrying capacity. If you see more than 50 Galleys in the Offer, it means that your current Galley capacity is not enough to complete the trade.
For example, suppose the player has 10 Galleys with a capacity of 1,000 each and looks for an offer with 15,000 resources. In that case, the Offer will be shown with 15 Galleys. The Offer with 100,000 resources will be displayed as needing 100 Galleys even though 50 is the maximum.
If the number of Galleys required exceeds 50, you cannot accept the trade. As you upgrade your Galley capacity, the number of required Galleys to accept the Offer will eventually decrease.
The maximum Carrying Capacity you can have is 123,000.
