Tournament Rankings are not considered for the Feats of Valor and League achievement "Heroes of Stormfall".
You need to reach in the Top 10 Weekly Rankings in order to unlock the feat of Valor "Legend of Stormfall”.
In order to complete the League achievement "Heroes of Stormfall", you and your League brothers-in-arms have to reach the Top 10 in the Weekly Battlegrounds Rankings within the same week.
