Once your League has 20 Members, it will get an Academy to recruit and train Neophytes. By default, a player must reach Level 5 to be able to join an Academy as a Neophyte. The League's management can raise the minimum Level for applicants to their League, but they may not lower the Level below 5. During their time in the League Academy, Neophytes will have limited access to League benefits. League Academies are limited to 20 Neophytes at any one time.
