1. Email or password doesn't work
If you have selected the account you want to log in to but received this error, just click the button “Forgot Password.” Then follow the instructions sent to your email address to set up a new password.

Due to security reasons, the link in the password restore letter will expire after some time. In this case, you will need to create another password restore request using this link.

2. The password restore letter never arrived
Sometimes, the email might be in your Spam or Promotions (for Gmail) folders. However, if there are no Password Reset Letters, even in the Spam folders, please try to contact us and indicate your Plarium ID and email address.

If you see one of the errors mentioned above, double-check that the email you are using is correct, does not contain any typos or extra symbols, and corresponds to the needed account. If you do not remember your email, don't have access to the email address you are entering, or your email address has been closed due to inactivity, please contact us and indicate the following data:
- The game you are playing
- Coordinates (x; y) of the account in question
- The email you were trying to use
- Your current balance of the in-game currency
- The date and the amount of the last payment, as well as the screenshot illustrating your purchase confirmation.
4. Game doesn't load
If you experience any loading issues (black screen, 99% loading, or other errors not mentioned above), please refer to the Ultimate Loading Troubleshoot.
5. Cannot log with Facebook
You might not be able to log into the game via Facebook due to several reasons:
- You no longer have access to the connected Facebook account
- You might have deleted your connected Facebook account
- You might have connected another Facebook account to your game account
In such cases, contact the Support Team via this form so that we can help restore your access to the game account.
