When you delete your game account on plarium.com, a Restoration letter is automatically sent to your email by our system. Typically the letter looks like this:
If you would like to continue playing the game, you just need to click the Restore Account button in the letter. After that, your game account will be restored.
In case you cannot find the letter in your email, please check your “Spam“ folder. If you use Gmail, please also check “Promotions“ folder. The letter may be located in these folders due to specific email filters.
