You may leave your current League at any time you like. To do so, you simply have to access your League member list and find yourself on it.
Then, you may leave the League by clicking the Discard button on the right side of your coalition status bar.
Once you click it, you will receive an additional confirmation window and will immediately leave your current League if you click "Yes".
