To participate in the Tournament, your League must have a Fortress of Level 3 or higher that was constructed at least 24 hours prior to the start of the Tournament.
All participating Leagues are divided into Tiers according to their current positions in the Rankings. Each League shall receive a Flag to be located at its Fortress. The value of the Flag depends on that League’s Tier.
If a League Fortress has been successfully attacked, it shall receive the following temporary protection from further attacks: two hour protection against the League that launched the most recent successful attack, and one hour protection against all other Leagues. If the League under protection launches an attack against another League’s Fortress, the attacking League shall lose their protection against the League they are attacking.
NOTE: There are no restrictions on attacking a League Fortress that has your League Flag.
