Black Sites are special locations on the Map. They are especially important because they are the source of Serum. Control over a Black Site not only gives the controlling Alliance access to Serum, but also allows them to control territory on the Map. This translates to Dominance Points, and counts towards their overall position in the Alliance Rankings.
You will need to capture a Black Site before you control it. However, once captured, your Black Sites become targets for other Alliances and Phoenix Industries, who will try to seize control of your Black Sites by force. For this reason it is imperative that strong defensive forces are kept at any Black Sites you control.
You can view the Black Sites belonging to your Alliance from your Alliance Center. Once you have selected a Black Site, you will see the following tabs:
- Info. This tab shows general information about the Black Site and allows you to upgrade Nodes.
- Garrisons. This shows all Units stationed at the Black Site.
- Enhance. This tab allows you to enhance Units with Serum.
- Send Serum. This tab is where Serum Transfers are managed.
- History. This tab details all Serum and Resource transfers at the Black Site.
