Once an Alliance has 20 Members, it will get a Boot Camp to recruit Trainees. By default, a player must reach Level 8 to be able to join a Boot Camp as a Trainee. The Alliance management can raise the minimum Level for applicants to their Alliance, but they may not lower this Level below 8. During their time in the Boot Camp, Trainees will have limited access to Alliance benefits. Boot Camps are limited to 20 Trainees at any one time.
NOTE: If a Trainee is not active within 36 hours, they will be automatically removed from the Alliance.
