I collected Resources from a Resource Cache, but I did not receive my Reward from the Mission. Why?

Please check which type of Resource you collected from the Cache. You need to collect a specific type of Resource in order to complete the “Collect Resources From a Resource Cache” Mission, and it is possible you collected the wrong type.
