I made an accidental purchase in-game. What should I do?

We may be able to issue refunds for accidental purchases. To apply for a refund, submit a support request and select "I have another payment question", followed by "Accidental Purchase".

if you have already used the in-game currency credited to your balance for the payment in question, we will be unable to issue a refund. Refunds for packs and special offers are examined on a case-by-case basis.
