If you can't find the items that you earned, this article will provide you with the information on where to look for them.
COMMON PROBLEMS
Referrals
A player can earn one Referral per day for logging into the game or purchase it with the Diamonds and IPs. The Referrals can be traded, sold and used for the negotiation of a Contract.
Here you can find useful information about the Referrals and how a player can use them:
- When a player sells or exchanges the Referrals, he/she will not retain a copy.
- Referrals disappear upon discovery of a Contract they were required for (if a player has more than one Referral of the same type, he/she will be able to sell/exchange them later).
- If a player uses the "Sell All Referrals" option in the Contracting Office, he/she will irreversibly sell all available Referrals.
- If a player extends an offer on the Logistics Exchange, the Referral will become unavailable for three days. To cancel the offer, a player has to open the Logistics Exchange - Convoys tab and click on the "Delete" button next to the offer in the "Loaded Convoys" section.
Please note that you cannot get free Referrals for Syndicate Tactical Assault Group (Units that you can hire with Thulium). These special Referrals must be purchased with IPs, which can only be obtained in Tournaments and Campaign Locations. Once you have earned IPs, you may use them on the Black Market to purchase Referrals for Syndicate Tactical Assault Group.
Daily Roll Call
All bonuses for the Daily Roll Call are credited to your account right at the moment when you log into the game. Having entered the game, you can see your balance with already added Diamonds.
The game server updates Daily Roll Call at 00:00 UTC. If you are in the game at this time, Diamonds will be immediately added to your account.
Items that are included in the rewards are stored on the Black Market. E.g., Resources are stored in the “Resources” tab.
If you can't find your reward upon receiving it, please restart the game and check one more time.
Tournament & Quest Rewards
Tournaments and Quests can grant generous rewards, provided that a player completes all requirements. Rewards that you can receive for completing Quests and Tournaments can be divided into three subcategories:
- In-game currency
- Items
- Units
Items that are included in the rewards are stored in the Black Market (e.g. Resources are stored in the “Resources” tab).
Free activator for level-up of Executive Status
If your Executive Status is active at the moment when you reach its new level, 24-hours Executive Activator is added to the Executive tab on the Black Market.
The additional carrying capacity of Convoys
You can add +100% to the initial carrying capacity of your Convoys using IPs in the Black Market. In total, you can buy ten items, each of those grants +10% to the carrying capacity. They will be removed from the available offers in the Black Market as soon as you purchase them all.
Total Protection got deactivated
Total Protection will be instantly deactivated if the protected player raids or occupations any base on the map. At that, he/she gets a pop-up notification with a warning.
Reward packs for Combine Contracts
Combine Contracts grant rewards for teamwork. A player can earn up to four Reward Packs during a single Contract, namely: Basic, Standard, Elite and Exclusive Packs. They are stored in the Special tab on the Black Market.
After 72 hours (from the moment it was added to the Black Market) the Reward Pack expires, and a player will not be able to open it anymore. Make sure to open yours every day to maximize the rewards.
A player receives the Reward Packs not when the Contract ends, but at the moment when Combine fulfills requirements for each Pack. It means that you can open the Reward Packs when the Contract is still in progress. Often players are getting confused because when the Contract
ends a list of unlocked Reward Packs is displayed again, even though a player has already opened all Packs.
How it works:
- Your Combine receives the Contract.
- You and your Combine-mates earn the required amount of the points to get the Basic pack.
- You receive the Basic pack, it is added directly to your Black Market.
- You continue participating in the Contract.
- You and your Combine-mates earn the required amount of the points to get the Standard pack.
- You receive the Standard pack, it is added directly to your Black Market and so on.
If you can't find the Reward Packs in the Special tab on the Black Market, it means that you have already opened them earlier.
Special Equipment
All Special Equipment can be either permanent or temporary. You can disengage and drag activated permanent Equipment back to the Equipment Locker at any time for later use, but temporary Equipment are consumable items active for only a fixed period of time - once engaged, they can't be moved back to the Equipment Locker. If you exchange one activated temporary Equipment for a new one, the old one will automatically be deleted.
If you don’t need some Special Equipment, you can easily sell them from your Equipment Locker and get resources in return.
Combining of Stimulants
All Stimulant Boxes acquired will be sent to the Cold Storage in the Stimulants Laboratory, where you can open them and collect your Stimulants.
You can increase the size and potency of your Stimulants by combining any two of the same level and type, thus granting you a new Stimulant of a higher level. By repeating this process, you can upgrade Stimulants up to a maximum Level of 12. The higher the level of the Stimulant, the better the bonus it will grant to your forces once activated.
If you select the option “Combine All”, then the maximum amount of Stimulants will be combined, creating higher level Stimulants. E.g., I have many Stimulants of the same type, let’s call it type “A,” and with different levels and select “Combine All”:
- Two Stimulants of lvl. 1 get combined into one lvl. 2 Stimulant.
- The combining algorithm checks if I have other two other Stimulants of type “A” and with the same level.
- “No” - lvl. 2 Stimulant is added to the Cold Storage.
- “Yes” - two lvl. 2 Stimulants of type “A” get combined into one lvl. 3 Stimulant of type “A.”
- The combining algorithm checks if I have other two other Stimulants of type “A” and with the same level.
- “No” - lvl. 3 Stimulant is added to the Cold Storage.
- “Yes” - two lvl. 3 Stimulants of type “A” get combined into one lvl. 4 Stimulant of type “A” and so on.
