The CEO can grant Units Recall privilege to any Combine member. These Settings can be changed in two ways:
1. Through the Combine HQ menu:
- Open Combine HQ menu
- Go to “Garrisons”
- Scroll down if necessary and click the “Change Unit Recall access privileges” button in the lower panel
2. Through the Mining Complexes menu
- Open your Combine menu
- Go to “Mining Complexes”
- Click the arrow button on the right of any Mining Complex
- Scroll down and click "More"
- Click the "Change Unit Recall access privileges" button in the lower panel
