Why can't I update the game?

If you are experiencing issues with updating the game, please take the following steps to fix it:

  1. Clear your cache and/or the Google Play Store application data. To do this, go to Settings -> Apps -> All.
  2. Tap on the Google Play Store application, then select Force Stop, then Clear cache and/or Clear data.
  3. Wait for 10 minutes
  4. Restart your device, run the Google Play Store application, and try to update the game again.
