Why can't I open 10 Regular or Advanced Hiring Bonds at once?

If you can't find the option to open 10 Regular or Advanced Hiring Bonds at once, please check your Executive Status. The feature of opening 10 Hiring Bonds unlocks at Level 12 of it.

If you had this option but now it's missing, please check if your Executive Status is active.
